On entering the “event” , I attest and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for competition in this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor I declare that I have read the detailed terms of participation in the “event”. I hereby myself waive and release any and all right and claim from damages I may have against organizers and of the “event” on the cities and towns in which all races are contested for any and all injuries suffered by me in said “event”. I also give permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or other account of this “event”. I confirm that in no case will I give the bib number awarded to me by the “event” to another person for any reason.
